庭野日敬師の解く法華経は何故、どなたでも分かりやすく受けとる事ができるのでしょうか。
Why is it that the Lotus Sutra solved by Niwano Nichikei can be easily understood by anyone?
そんな事を考えた事がありますか、
Have you ever thought about such a thing?
私はこのように受けとめています。
This is how I see it.
例えば、スパゲッティを食べた方がその味や風味等を伝えようとすると、一度食べていると、その伝え方は具体的で、時として説得力があります。また、同じスパゲッティでも色々な種類があることを理解して伝える事が出来ます。
For example, if a person who eats spaghetti tries to convey its taste and flavor, once they have eaten it, the way they convey it is specific and sometimes convincing. In addition, you can understand and convey that there are various types of the same spaghetti.
しかし、一度もスパゲッティを食べた事がない方が、書物を読んだり、他の人から聞いた事や、ご本人の憶測等で、スパゲッティの事を伝えようとすると、そのご本人がいくら頑張ったり努力しても、おのずと無理や不自然さが生じます。
However, if a person who has never eaten spaghetti tries to tell about spaghetti by reading books, hearing from others, or speculating about spaghetti, no matter how hard he or she tries, it will naturally be unreasonable and unnatural.
法華経も同じではないでしょうか。
Isn't it the same with the Lotus Sutra?
特に法華経は学だけの教えではありません。
In particular, the Lotus Sutra is not just a teaching of learning.
昔から法華経行者と言われるように、行がとても重要になります。
As it has been said since ancient times that the Lotus Sutra practitioner is a practitioner, the line is very important.
とかく、現代社会は理論や理屈が先行しがちですが、頭でっかちになりがちですが、一度スパゲッティを食べてから、その味や風味を味わい・語って欲しいと思います。
In today's society, theories and theories tend to take precedence, but I would like you to taste and talk about the taste and flavor of spaghetti once you have eaten it.

先ごろ、十九歳の少年によって登校途中の子どもが殺害されるという事件がありました。
Recently, a 19-year-old boy killed a child on his way to school.
物を買うためのお金ほしさのためだったというのですが、その少年にとって、子どもの命よりも物のほうが大事だったわけです。
It was because he wanted money to buy things, but for the boy, things were more important than the lives of children.
いまの社会で人間の命の尊さが忘れられていることを痛感させられます。
I am keenly aware that the preciousness of human life has been forgotten in today's society.
殺された子どもがかわいそうなのはもちろん、両親の嘆きはいかばかりかと心が痛みますが、こうした殺人事件がきっかけで、それぞれの家庭で「知らない人と口をきいてはいけませんよ。
Not only do I feel sorry for the children who were killed, but I also feel heartbroken for the grief of the parents, but these murders have inspired families to say, "Don't talk to strangers.
物をくれるような大人についていってはいけませんよ」と、子どもに人を疑うことを教える母親が増えるのではないかと、心配です。

そうして悲しむべき人間不信の社会がどんどん広がっていくのを憂えずにはいられないのです。

この社会に仏法が行きわたっていれば、みんなが人の命をもっと大切にするはずですし、見知らぬ人をも信頼し、合掌し合える社会になるのです。
If Buddhism prevails in this society, everyone will value human life more, and it will be a society where strangers can be trusted and shared with each other.
私たちは仏教徒として、まだまだ人びとに仏さまの教えを説く努力が足りなかったのかもしれません。
As Buddhists, we may not have made enough efforts to preach the Buddha's teachings to people.
私たちの説かざる罪を反省せずにいられません。
We cannot help but reflect on our unexplained sins.

庭野日敬師の提唱する国民皆信仰とは、
The universal faith advocated by Niwano Nichikei is as follows:
「真の平和は宗教心の涵養による以外にはない」との信念から、「国民皆信仰」、「明るい社会づくり運動」を提唱すると共に、世界の平和境建設をめざして宗教者同士が手を携える必要性を訴え、国内外で積極的に宗教協力活動を展開・・・・・・・・・。
Based on the belief that "true peace can only be achieved through the cultivation of religious spirits," he advocates "universal faith" and "movement for the creation of a brighter society," and advocates the need for religious people to join hands with each other with the aim of building a state of peace in ・・・・・・・・・ world, and actively develops religious cooperation activities in Japan and abroad.
